Pedagogical Competence of Teachers in Planning Vocational High School Learning

چکیده

The teacher becomes the main actor in learning process, especially vocational education, namely productive which has its own characteristics that cannot be equated with adaptive and normative learning. This research aims to analyze directly pedagogical evaluation of teachers planning activities school field electricity. study used Countenance Stake method. focuses on one aspect, aspect (antecedents) process. method is quantitative data collection techniques are questionnaires. Data analysis performed using descriptive quantitative. results showed there was a weakness competence making plans for an average 3.24 category quite well. Learning made by not been accordance process standards also does refer curriculum tailored abilities needs learners. There review improvement aspects have fulfilled need improve so can carried out properly able print competent graduates.
